Hutchinson Architecture, PLLC (HA) is a full service strategic planning and architectural design firm that is dedicated to crafted places and driven by helping clients manage and maintain those places. Within our design focus, we have designed community/conference centers; worship centers; higher educational and PreK-12 facilities; residential facilities; sports/recreational venues; and multipurpose buildings.

Under our asset management and due diligence service line we have assessed hundreds of facilities such as corporate offices, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, medical, PreK-12 and higher education assets. The Hutchinson Architecture team utilizes benchmarking standards that have been specifically identified as best practice elements in providing reliable information on the condition of the facilities. Our team is experienced with the understanding of full life cycle of building systems, operational requirements, and maintenance of public facilities.
