Hutchinson Architecture, PLLC (HA) is a full service strategic planning and architectural design firm dedicated to crafting places that enrich communities and ultimately help people to better understand a higher purpose in their lives. The driving passion for HA is the opportunity to develop and promote environments where lives intersect and people are enriched. Within such places we have designed community/conference centers; worship auditoriums; learning facilities for adults and children; residential facilities; sports/recreational venues; and multipurpose buildings.

HA provides architectural services that include strategic planning, programming, design, documentation, and construction administration. We have developed expertise working with faith-based and non-profit institutions on master planning their campuses and designing specific buildings within those sites. Many of those projects include expanding an existing facility or connecting a new structure to an existing.

HA thrives through treating each project and client as unique, maintaining a commitment to integrity, and client service. An ability to be nimble, creative and innovative within various project delivery models is our trademark.

As the firm’s principal, Mr. Hutchinson has over 22 years experience in project management, architectural design and construction administration. His varied project experience includes university academic and stadium buildings, church ministry facilities, offices, restaurants, retail, single and multi-family residential, and Pre-K-12 schools. Mr. Hutchinson is also an independent Pre-K-12 facilities consultant collaborating exclusively with a nationally-known Pre-K-12 consulting firm, Prismatic Services Inc. Mr. Hutchinson is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He’s licensed to practice architecture in North and South Carolina and can be licensed in any state in the Country.
